Pack the product(s) securely in their original packaging to protect them from any damage when they are shipped back to the seller/Shopee Warehouse (e.g. cardboard box or polymailer with bubble wrap).
đź’ˇ Tip:
- If the original packaging is damaged, you may use your own packaging for the return parcel.
- For fragile items, you’re encouraged to use a “This side up”, “Fragile”, or “Handle with care” sticker as an additional reminder to the courier to handle your parcel with caution.
What are the original inclusions for return products?
Ensure that product(s) are returned in the original received condition, completed with all the original inclusions like:
- Original brand packaging
- Free gifts
- Warranties
- Tags
- Manuals
- All the accessories provided with the product
đź’ˇ Tip: Include a note within the parcel with the following info to help us process your return faster:
- Your Shopee username
- Order ID
- Description of return reason (e.g. how is the product damaged, malfunctioning, or different from what you ordered)
⚠️ Important note:
- Shopee won’t be liable for any damage caused to your return parcel due to improper packaging.
- Your parcel may go through multiple touch-points during delivery (e.g. loading, unloading, sorting) so they should be adequately packaged to withstand the entire delivery cycle.
